Welcome to Love Craft by SE, your destination for personalized gift photo frames. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Website

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Products & Customization

All our products are made to order based on the information provided by you (names, dates, photos, etc.). Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not process or ship any product without payment confirmation.

4. Order Notifications

Once an order is placed, you may receive order-related updates such as order confirmation, design preview (if applicable), shipping status, and delivery updates on the WhatsApp number and/or email address provided at the time of checkout.
By placing an order with us, you consent to receive such transactional communications for order processing and customer support purposes only.

5. Shipping

We aim to ship your customized product within the committed timeline.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within 12 to 15 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. 6. No Return or Refund

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit (see Cancellation & Return section below).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, and logos, is the property of Love Craft by SE and may not be reused without written permission.

These terms are governed by law of INDIA
