Return And Cancellation

At Love Craft by SE, we create each frame uniquely based on your personal details and design choices.

1. Return/Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products and this is all automation , mean all data or images will be added by Buyers them self, so they will be fully responsible for choosing the product and the uploaded data/images to the photo frames, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been placed and confirmed.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order — before we begin customization. After that, no changes or cancellations are possible.

3. Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged product
Unboxing video (if available)
Your order ID

We’ll evaluate and may offer replacement depending on the damage claim.

Replacement of the product will be delivered in 12 – 15 working days. The delivery charge will be applicable.
